WITHDRAWEL, CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION
- Event Date Changes
The Event Organiser reserves the right to change the date of the event. Should such a change occur, and if a participant is unable to attend on the revised date, they must notify the organiser in writing within three weeks from the announcement of the new date to be eligible for a refund of the entry fee. - Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Participant slots are limited, and each confirmed registration impacts event logistics and planning. Accordingly, any withdrawal from the event will be subject to the following refund structure:
- Before July 31, 2025: 90% refund
- Before August 31, 2025: 80% refund
- Before September 30, 2025: 70% refund
- Before October 31, 2025: 50% refund
- On or after October 31, 2025: No refund; participant forfeits their entry.
- Withdrawal Process
To withdraw from the event, participants must submit a formal request either:
- Via the official withdrawal form on the TFN website, or
- In writing to the Event Organiser’s official email address.
Withdrawals via telephone will not be accepted.
- Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days from the date the cancellation request is confirmed by the event team. - Non-Transferable Entry
Registrations are non-transferable. No participant shall be allowed to change their age category or transfer their entry once the registration is submitted. - Oversubscription Policy
In case a particular category is oversubscribed, the Event Organiser reserves the right to:
- Offer a spot in an alternate suitable category, or
- Cancel the entry and issue a full refund.
- Organiser-Initiated Withdrawals
Should the Event Organiser withdraw a participant’s confirmed entry for any reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. No additional claims or liabilities shall apply beyond the refund. - Force Majeure & Format Change
The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend the event format or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.
- If the event format is changed (e.g., route or structure), no refund will be issued, and the organiser bears no further liability.
