Standard Return Policy – Apparel (India)
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your apparel item, you may return it under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 to 15 days from the date of delivery (exact duration may be specified by the brand or store).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase/invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:
Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
Socks and hosiery
Personalized/customized apparel
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If the item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition:
Please initiate the return within 48 hours of delivery.
Upload clear photos of the defect/damage during the return request.
A free replacement or full refund will be issued after verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Go to the "My Orders" section on our website/app.
Select the item and click on ‘Return’.
Choose the reason for return and provide relevant details.
Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2-5 business days.
Upon inspection and approval, refund/replacement will be processed.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Exchange
Exchanges are subject to availability of the same item in desired size or color.
If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed instead.
